I would highly recommend this if you have joint pain. This is a very easy and simple way to help those problems. It does taste good. You open up one of the foil packets every day and you can either squeeze it out into your mouth, or mix it with water, or juice, or yogurt. 

This is a product that I've been taking regularly along with Aurora Vitamins for several days. It's a product that's been so effective that I've even sent it to my friends as holiday gifts. I feel anxious without it.

This creatine product is quite handy for roadtrips. I just open one up and spill it into my water bottle that I use on the road. I find that it has a nice pleasant taste to it. Some might find it a bit too sweet, in which case just dilute it with more water.
